DISTRICT READINESS SCORE (DRS)
Clients are assessed on readiness to train based on factors including stress, sleep, nutrition, and motivation level prior to training. Coaches use this score to advance or regress the program effectively while implementing strategies to improve recovery movement efficiency.
NEURORECOVERY
Following each training session, clients are positioned for optimal recovery using various sensory inputs to lower the nervous system out of a fight or flight zone (sympathetic) and into a rest and digest zone (parasympathetic)
